The author of this program is Vitaliy Vorobyov, he is the owner of all the corresponding rights.
Currently the program is distributed on the basis somewhere between FreeWare and Shareware.
Unlike Shareware programs, you do not need to register the software or to stop using it after some specific time. You may use it as long as you want, give it to your friends, distribute via BBS and FTP. If you happen to like the program a lot, the author will appreciate a small contribution of something between $5 to $20.
The registered users will get additional support from the author -- they will receive new versions by mail, if possible the new versions themselves, they will have access to hot-line consultations with the author on the phone number listed below.
